Many People have a difficult time communicating in ways that are both kind to themselves and others. “Screen Your Mean” helps people choose their words more carefully. It is learning to understand oneself, the motivation and objective of their communications, and more appropriate kinder ways to deliver their messages. Oftentimes, we are the meanest to ourselves. “Screen Your Mean” helps an individual have greater compassion, increased tolerance and a kinder way to appreciate themselves and others.
