Join us as we package 10,000 meals that will be distributed those in need in the local community.
We will be packing meals for Meals of Hope, and donating the meals to Liberty Elementary School and LifeNet for Families.
The project will begin at 9am, but we need some volunteers to arrive at 7am to help with set up. We will also need some people to stay after to help with cleanup. The whole project (including cleanup) should be done by noon. The project will take place at the Westin Hotel where we regularly meet.
If you have already signed up, you do not need to respond unless there are any changes. If you have not signed up, please respond and let me know if you are coming, how many people are coming with you, and how many are children. Please note the ages of the children. If you cannot make it, please let me know so that I don’t keep asking you for a response.
