John Pierre is originally from South Florida. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from Barry University in Miami, Florida and has been nationally certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist and Certified Personal Trainer, and also holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS), regarded as the gold standard certification in the fitness industry. He has gained experience having worked in corporate health clubs, Hospital wellness clinics, non-profit organizations, as well as the public sector, and his passion for living a healthy life-style help keep him and his clients in top shape and provides a rewarding exercise experience.
