Experience: Dr. Noble serves as Pinkerton’s new Director for the State of Florida and Caribbean. He has extensive experience in government relations, crisis management, project management, operations, open source collection and analysis, leadership development, conflict resolution and negotiations. He has supervised large, dispersed multinational operations; and has expertise in strategic planning and business development. Dr. Noble has also built dynamic, high-profile liaison partnerships (both foreign and domestic); and supervised the collection, production and dissemination of value-added intelligence products and services.
Professional: Dr. Noble previously served in multiple senior leadership positions with the Central Intelligence Agency for nearly a decade. During his tenure with the Agency, Dr. Noble negotiated several bilateral foreign intelligence agreements; produced all-source reports and analyses for U.S. policymakers, including President’s Bush and Obama; and successfully completed numerous overseas assignments. Dr. Noble is the author of more than thirty classified intelligence reports, and has delivered more than twenty domestic and international lectures on U.S. foreign policy interests, democratization and political/economic stability.
